typhon moricot attacks a hotel

This is tied to people and the environment because people made the hotel and they were included in the incident. The hotel fell down because the water dug out underneath the structure and made it claps. There was allot of rain that made the river come faster and higher. Another reason of the storing currents is that the land was in closed so the water didn't spread out.

Stuart, you've got some good stuff going here, and I can see learning behind the words. I was hoping your writing would address our two learning goals directly. 1) how the environment itself contributes to disasters, and 2) how people living in the environment can impact the amount of damage is done. We will come back to these issues, and at that time write about them directly.
